Part 1: Plain-Language Summary

Welcome to Worldsy (“the App”), operated by Ahera LLC. By using Worldsy, you agree to follow these Terms of Service.

• What Worldsy is: A news app — three topic feeds, a live breaking-news wire, automatically written summaries of news articles, and a community Forum where users post, repost, comment, and follow each other.
• Age Limit: You must be 13 or older.
• Zero tolerance: We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Post it and your content gets removed and your account gets terminated.
• What you post is public and permanent-ish: Your posts, comments, images, and profile are visible to everyone. Other users can repost them. Posting "anonymously" hides your name from other users, not from us.
• You keep ownership of what you post, but you give us a broad licence to display, store, and distribute it inside the App and to promote the App.
• Reporting: Report anything from the three-dot menu on any post. We review reports and act on them promptly.
• News summaries are automated and may be wrong. Nothing in Worldsy is advice of any kind.
• No guarantees: The App is provided "as is." We don't promise it will work, stay available, or preserve your data.
• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account any time in Settings.

By accessing, downloading, or using Worldsy, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
